From shell to grand opening, our team handled the complete plumbing installation for Marsanne—a modern French restaurant in the heart of Chelsea.
We installed a fully integrated commercial kitchen system including drainage, grease lines, gas piping, and water supply. The quality of our work allowed the kitchen to operate as an open-concept centerpiece of the restaurant.
We also completed all restroom plumbing and finishing, delivering high-end functionality that meets NYC code requirements while matching the restaurant’s luxury design.
This project reflects our ability to execute new construction plumbing for high-performance, design-forward hospitality spaces.
Queens: Residential/Renovation
This multi-story home in Queens underwent a complete transformation—from outdated interiors to fully modernized living. Our scope included full plumbing upgrades across all bathrooms and kitchen, as well as extensive gas line reconfiguration to meet current NYC codes.
We installed new fixtures throughout: custom vanities, luxurious freestanding tubs, smart toilets, and designer showers with body jets. In the kitchen, all gas connections were redone to support a high-performance cookline and appliances.
The mechanical room was upgraded with a modern tankless boiler and hot water system, built for efficiency and long-term reliability.
This project is a perfect example of old-home charm rebuilt with today’s standards in mind.
Brooklyn: Residential/Radiant Floor Heating Installation
This residential project in Brooklyn involved a full radiant floor heating system installation across multiple rooms. We handled the process from layout and manifold planning to PEX tubing runs and insulation setup, ensuring even heat distribution throughout the space. Our team worked in close coordination with the GC to seamlessly integrate the system into the structural subfloor.
The result: an energy-efficient, invisible comfort solution tailored for long-term performance and homeowner satisfaction.
Staten Island: New Construction
Full Plumbing, Heating & Sprinkler System | Custom Residential Build
This ground-up new construction in Staten Island showcases our full-scope mechanical capabilities for high-end residential properties. From rough plumbing to final trim, our team handled all water, gas, and heating systems with precision.
We installed a multi-zone hydronic radiant heating system, complete with a manifold, circulator pumps, and high-efficiency boiler. The plumbing scope included water and waste lines, premium fixture hookups, and backflow prevention.
A complete gas line installation was performed for the boiler, water heater, and kitchen appliances, with proper sizing, pressure testing, and DOB sign-off.
In addition, we provided a fully compliant fire suppression system. The sprinkler riser and valves were installed to code, ensuring fire safety throughout the home.
This project represents a turnkey plumbing, heating, and sprinkler installation—executed from slab to finish with clean craftsmanship and full NYC code compliance.
